 "INTERNO OSSETO" - MAURIZIO SAVINI - 04-02-06 The project "interno osseto" was born from a Maurizio Savini experience in the capital osseta Vladikawkaz. In occasion of the humanitarian project, cured by Olimpia Imperiali and supported by the Italian Civil Protection and the Pastificio Cerere Foundation, the artist has made some works for a new hospital born in the city after the tragedy of the school n.1. During the work, Savini had the opportunity to be very close to the population and above all with the children, with whom did a workshop. Violence and fantasy harmoniously join together drawing in a singular way the cultural conditions of these lands. The game of the materials and the signs is melted with dramatic history, traces of traumatic residual. The importance of the exhibition is focused on the possibility of joining the historical facts with contemporary art and make this play a fundamental role in current society.
