Marco Tirelli (Rome, 1956), exponent of the group of the New Roman School of San Lorenzo, is introduced on the artistic scene at the end of Seventies, setting to the attention of the critic with an artistic work of the abstract search on european and the italian metaphysical tradition.

Among the on-man show, we indicate the following exhibitions: 1982 Biennial one of Venice; 1984 Gallery L’Attico in Rome (also in 1989 and 1993); 1985 Annina Nosei, New York (where he has shows on also in 1986 and in 1989); 1989, Gallery Skulima, Berlino;1990: Biennial of Venice, Civic Gallery of Modena (also in 1992) and, with Sol Lewitt, at the American Academy of Rome; 1991: Gallery Triebold, Basel and Cellar Gallery, Tokyo; 1992, Gallery Gian Ferrari, Milan; 1993 Gallery dell’Oca, Rome; 1995 Otto Gallery, Bologna (in 1998 with Nunzio) and Galerie Di Meo, Paris (also in 2001); 1996 Base Gallery, Tokyo (also in 2000); 1998, Gallery dello Scudo, Verona; 2002 Mathildenhöhe of Darmstadt; 2003, Gallery of Modern Art of Bologna and Gallery Fumagalli, Bergamo.
